Commentary Supposing Books Passion (Passion Quartet #1)

In her second year of mourning, lovely, young widow Passion Elizabeth Dare never dreamed she would be with a man again—and certainly not a complete stranger. But amidst the crowds of London's Crystal Palace, Passion finds herself discreetly, yet insistently, pursued by a sensual gentleman who awakens her long-supressed desires. After a loveless marriage of restrained propriety, Passion abandons herself to true bliss for the first time.

Intoxicated by his encounter with the beautiful stranger, Mark Randolph Hawkmore, Earl of Langley, cannot wait to see her again. As a series of rapturous rendezvous follows, he and his mystery lover find something rare and wonderful blossoming between them. But a blackmail scheme against the Earl threatens to destroy everything. As a scandal brews, each will have to choose between duty and desire...their love for their families—and their love for each other.

Critique Epithetical Books Passion (Passion Quartet #1)
Well. I don't even know what to say about this book. I spent all night thinking about what my review would be. I tossed and turned. How odd is that? I gave it 3 stars but I could have given it 1 or I could have given it 5. I just don't know how to rate a book that had parts that I really disliked and parts that I really liked. I guess a 3 star rating is fair for a book that brought out such emotions on both sides of the spectrum. The best way I know how to do this is list out all my likes and

Well it was 5 years ago since I last read this book. I knew that I liked it and kept it, but I must say that I sure did LOVE it the second time around. I'm really looking forwards to Patience and Matt's book. I hope it's just as good.

** 4-4,5 tell me something STARS ** Your profile ought to be pressed upon a coin.Your body ought to be pressed upon mine. This book was exactly what I'd needed: A mix of cum and tears. The first half left me panting and desperate to call my boyfriend and demand he get dressed and come over IMMEDIATELY...while the second half was so heart-wrenching that my pillow was drenched with tears when I read the last sentence of the story. If you want to say no, say it now. He shook his head. Not two

Well, I guess historical erotica really isn't for me :(This was HOT, really hot, but also really really crude, the language and everything, I have no problem with that in contemporaries, but while reading this it just sounded WRONG. But this is my brain's problem. For all erotica lovers, even those who are not into historicals, you will love this one for sure!!

This book made me wonder if I read the same book that the 5-star reviewers did. What dreck!I am by no means squeamish. I lurve the trashy erotic romance, I do, and the hotter the better. Unfortunately, Passion wasn't hot, it was merely profane. I have never read sex scenes that have left me quite so cold. The plot, when we're treated to it, is fairly tight and satisfying. Valdez does create a sticky situation for the hero, forcing him to choose between his beloved brother and the woman he's grown

5 passionate, scintillating, erotic stars! I absolutely loved this book, though I dont know if I can put into words all the reasons why and do this story justice because its more than just a book...Its an exciting escape into sexual fantasy, a touching love story, and a happily ever after to rival the best of them.Description In her second year of mourning, lovely, young widow Passion Elizabeth Dare never dreamed she would be with a man againand certainly not a complete stranger. But amidst the

Well I can honestly say that if it hadn't been for trying to meet the goal of reading all of the AAR top 100, I would still been just as happy not having read this book. I can see why people had such distinct and varied opinions about the book. The first 1/2 read like a bad repetitive erotic historical. The 2nd half felt more true romance and wasn't so bad. I was unaware that a woman's reproductive parts could move like that...sounded completely painful and giggle worthy at times. I just didn't
