I had such a good plan when I started reading this book... :) I figured that I would read it in four days, cause that's when another book I've been really looking forward to was getting published ;) and it was all going really well... until I reached about half of the book... cause then it was like BAM!!! one surprise after another... shocking turns of events... and I was glued to the book until the very last page... at which point I was like "NOOOOO!!! what do you mean the end?!? Solid 4.5 stars!!! This was an amazing read! I absolutely loved it but some aspects I could have done without.I loved both main characters because they had such a broad range of emotions and just so real. I simply adore this series, there's no other like it. I've been in love with the Hauk brothers from the beginning, so I knew I would really enjoy reading Fain's story. It was great how we got to give closure to many things that had been unanswered till now. Also we've been reading about Fain through all the previous books, but we never got to read his story in detail. It was everything I wanted it to be. Fain finally gets everything he deserves and has been dreaming of since he was a boy. In

I've never really written a review so go easy on me. I would give this book a 3.5 because it has all the elements that has made me grow to love sherrilyn Kenyons books. Galene was a good heroine fain was great as always. The love story felt a bit rushed. I did expect more resistance with their history. I have a few minor complaints. Believe me I love her books and the league series has actually been my favourite. After the past few books I did expect to be thrown into action with this book.

3.5 stars.I just didnt gel with this book. I enjoyed reading it, but all of the crazy names and different languages had me constantly re-reading parts to properly digest what was happening. I found that very frustrating.
